What is the National Contact Point for EaSI?
Within the framework of the EaSI (Employment and Social Innovation) programme, the European Commission has established National Contact Points (EaSI NCPs) to promote EaSI activities and their results in the Member States and other participating countries.
Their purpose is to facilitate the promotion of EaSI initiatives, the dissemination of outcomes, and support of stakeholders in participating in the programme.
Aim of EaSI NCP in Greece
The EaSI National Contact Point in Greece:
- Provides accurate and continuous information about the programme, which forms part of the European Social Fund+.
- Facilitates access to funding instruments.
- Contributes to the dissemination of information and the active engagement of stakeholders in shaping and implementing social policies at national and European levels.

How you can participate
EaSI actions are open to all citizens. Participation is through open calls and tenders published by the European Commission or the ESFA.
EaSI calls for proposals concern social experimentation actions designed to test new, more effective, and equitable solutions to social needs and challenges across various aspects of life and society.

- Follow announcements on the official NCP website under the Actions – Calls section.
- Monitor updates on the European Commission’s official site (https://employment-social-affairs.ec.europa.eu/index_en?prefLang=el), the Social Innovation site (https://european-social-fund-plus.ec.europa.eu/el/koinoniki-kainotomia-kai-diakratiki-synergasia and the ESFA (https://www.esf.lt/en/ ).
- Subscribe to newsletters to receive timely updates on all new calls.
- Choose the appropriate funding instrument
- Direct management: Submit proposals directly to the European Commission.
- Indirect management: Participate in actions funded by ESF+ through national or local authorities.
- Form partnerships
- Collaborate with partners from other Member States to increase your project’s chances of success and its transnational impact.
- Submit the proposal
- Prepare your project in line with the call requirements. You can receive accurate information and advice from the HELP DESK available on working days.
- Use the official EU electronic submission systems (Funding & Tenders Portal).
- Implement and network
- If your proposal is approved, you will have the opportunity to implement the project with EU co-funding and participate in European networks and knowledge-exchange activities.
